Résumé
Les auteurs rapportent une courte série du traitement chirurgical de 2 cas de faux anévrisme artériel compliquant l’évolution d’une maladie de Behcet avec un suivi de 6 mois. Ils recommandent de réaliser la cure de l’anévrisme suivie d’une anastomose termino-terminale ou par une interposition de greffon veineux afin de minimiser les infections post-opératoires et les récidives anévrismales.

Abstract
The authors report a short series of surgical treatment of 2 cases of arterial false aneurysm complicating the evolution of Behcet’s disease with a 6 months follow-up. They recommend performing the cure of the aneurysm followed by end-to-end anastomosis or venous graft interposition to minimize postoperative infections and aneurysmal recurrences.
