Résumé
Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’une thrombose très tardive d’un stent nu 15 ans après son implantation en phase aigüe d’un infarctus du myocarde en territoire inféro-basal. Le patient ayant présenté un nouveau syndrome coronaire aigu avec sus-décalage du segment ST dans le même territoire en rapport avec une thrombose du stent nu ; cette lésion a été traitée par une thrombo-aspiration suivie de l’implantation d’un stent actif.

Abstract
The authors report the case of a very late bare-metal stent thrombosis 15 years after its implantation to treat an inferobasal myocardial infarction. The patient had another acute coronary syndrome with persistent ST-segment elevation related to bare-metal stent thrombosis. The thrombus was removed and a drug-eluting stent was implanted.
