Résumé :
Les auteurs rapportent une fibromatose de localisation multiple chez un patient de 30 ans. L’intérêt de ce cas clinique réside en la transformation maligne de la géante fibromatose intrathoracique en une tumeur maligne des gaines des nerfs périphériques de type neurofibrosarcome. Sa découverte fournit une base pour quelques remarques critiques d’intérêt clinique sur la maladie de Von Recklinghausen. Mots clés : Von Recklinghausen. Neurofibrosarcome intrathoracique.
Abstract :
The authors report a fibromatosis with multiple locations in a 30 year-old patient. The interest of this clinical case lies in the transformation of the giant intrathoracic fibromatosis in a malignant tumor of neurofribrosarcoma type, of peripheral nerves sheaths. This finding provides a basis for some critical remarks of clinical interest on Von Recklinghausen’s disease.
