Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’un patient porteur de la maladie de Von Recklinghausen qui a présenté un volumineux neurofibrome pulmonaire gauche. Une pneumonectomie gauche a été réalisée avec des suites simples. Ils mettent en évidence la particularité de la prise en charge et de l’évolution de cette pathologie. Abstract :
The authors report the case of a Von Recklinghausen disease’s patient who presented a voluminous left pulmonary neurofibroma. A left pneumonectomy was performed without complication. They point out the particularity of the management and evolution of this pathology.
