Résumé
Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’un nourrisson de 23 mois de sexe féminin, présentant des troubles respiratoires depuis la naissance, chez qui le diagnostic de double arc aortique a été posé à l’angioscanner. Elle a bénéficié d’une cure chirurgicale par section-suture de l’arc aortique gauche avec une évolution favorable.

Abstract
The authors report the case of a 23-month-old baby girl with respiratory disorders since birth, who was diagnosed with a double aortic arch on an angioscanner. She was surgically treated by section-suturing of the left aortic arch with a favourable outcome.
