Résumé
Les auteurs rapportent la prise en charge de trois parturientes présentant une cardiomyopathie du péripartum. L’évolution maternelle immédiate était satisfaisante après accouchement par césarienne sous rachianesthésie dans 2 cas et sous anesthésie générale pour souffrance fœtale dans 1 cas. Ils insistent sur la prise en charge multidisciplinaire incluant la collaboration entre obstétriciens, cardiologues et anesthésistes-réanimateurs.

Abstract
The authors report the management of three women in parturition with peripartum cardiomyopathy. The immediate maternal evolution was satisfactory after delivery by caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia in 2 cases and under general anaesthesia for foetal distress in 1 case. They insist on the need of a pluridisciplinary management based on collaboration between obstetricians, cardiologists and anaesthetist-animators.
