Résumé :
Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’une malformation adénoïde kystique du poumon (MAKP) découverte chez un adulte de 22 ans sans antécédent ni notion de contage tuberculeux, qui présentait des hémoptysies dans un contexte fébrile. L’imagerie a permis d’objectiver deux cavités kystiques au sein du poumon gauche : une à paroi fine avec un niveau hydro-aérique au niveau du lobe supérieur et l’autre bullisée au niveau du lobe inférieur. Le patient a été opéré. Une résection chirurgicale des kystes a été réalisée avec des suites simples. L’étude anatomo-pathologique de la pièce opératoire a confirmé le diagnostic de MAKP. Abstract
The authors report the case of an adenoid cystic malformation of the lung (ACML) discovered in a 22 years-old adult with no history or concept with tuberculosis who presented hemoptysis and fever. The Xray and tomodensitometry of the chest showed two cystic cavities in the left lung: one with a thin wall and an air-fluid level in the upper lobe and the other bubble cavity in the lower lobe. A surgical resection of the cysts was performed without complication. The pathological study of the surgical specimen confirmed the diagnosis of ACML.
